早餐鸡蛋饼

最近早餐都是喝粥,我都快吃腻了,今天换个花样。非常的简单,就是面粉+鸡蛋,煎一煎,几分钟就能搞定。为了配合拍照,加点绿色的香菜,家里葱用完了。口感润滑,细嫩,能填饱肚子,关键还营养丰富,绝对是早餐的佳品。

  • 面粉 100g
  • 火腿肠 2根
  • 鸡蛋 2个
  • 胡椒粉 2g
  • 黑芝麻 2g
  • 鸡精 2g
  • 食用油 2g
  • 喷鼻葱 2g
