红烧茄子的做法

今天带来的是红烧茄子,注意调料根据自己口味适量增减。

食材

  • 茄子 3个
  • 辣椒 3个
  • 蒜头 6瓣
  • 葱 适量(也可不加)
  • 盐 一小勺
  • 糖 一小勺(调味勺)
  • 生抽 1大勺(陶瓷勺)
  • 老抽 1大勺
  • 耗油 半大勺
  • 喷鼻油 几滴(不成多)
  • 鸡精 适量(也可不加)

方法/步骤

    切好茄子。拿一个盆放水,放一小尖勺盐。把茄子放入内里泡大概15分钟。然后捞起来,要抓干水分。也可用厨房纸擦干。我家里是没有厨房纸啦~
